Guest Prescribers using a One-Time Use Code can now easily attach supporting documents directly to digital Prior Authorization forms. These documents will be accessible to program staff once the form is signed and submitted to the Patient Support Program for review, streamlining the submission process and ensuring all necessary information is available in one place.
In-Person Patient Consent Capture on Digital Prior Authorization Forms
For digital Prior Authorization forms requiring patient consent, Prescribers can now capture the patient’s signature directly in person using the new Capture Patient Consent button in the form footer. This streamlines the process by removing the need to collect consent through a follow-up notification, making it faster and more convenient.

Auxita’s email and SMS notifications for patient enrolment now include program-specific details, making it easier for patients to recognize and trust the source. Emails will feature the program’s logo, and all notifications will clearly indicate the name of the Patient Support Program the patient has been enrolled in.
