Activity Log Enhancements for Patient Notifications
We’ve expanded the Activity Table to include all patient-facing notifications sent from Auxita.
Whenever a notification is sent to a patient, such as enrolment confirmations or status updates, users will now see clear entries that tell them what communications were sent, when, and by whom.
These additions provide greater visibility and traceability for HCP users and administrators, ensuring complete transparency across all patient communications.
Program Patients now eligible for Patient Merge
*Applicable to Facility Admins only.
Facility Admins can now merge Program Patients using the Merge Patient Records tool. This enhancement ensures that all Patient records can be consolidated seamlessly, maintaining complete and accurate patient information across the Facility.
Advanced Filters for Additional Forms
Users with access to Additional Forms will now see a new Advanced Filters option available on the Status Table and within the Review tab.
When selected, all applied filters will remain active, and a new Details filter is now available. The details filter is enabled when a single Stage is selected. Users can further refine their view by filtering to a specific Status.

Prescriber Field Behaviour on Additional Forms
Once an Additional Form has been sent to a prescriber for signature, the Prescriber field will now be disabled. The selected Prescriber's name will remain visible but cannot be edited.
This prevents changes to the Prescriber after a form has been sent for signature, ensuring a more consistent and reliable workflow.
🛠 Fixes
Program ID Visibility on Patient Profiles
In a previous release, the Program ID was inadvertently removed from view for Prescriber and Office Staff users.
This issue has now been corrected. If a patient has a Program ID saved, it will once again be visible to all users on the Patient Profile.
Favourites Tile Visibility on Settings Page
Users without permission to create Enrolment Forms were previously seeing the Favourites tile on their Settings page, even though it contained no content. We’ve updated this behaviour so the tile no longer appears for users who don’t have access to any Forms that support Favourites.
Comment Editing on Additional Forms
It was discovered that users could edit comments on Additional Forms that they did not create. This issue has now been resolved - users can only edit comments that they have added themselves.
French Translation Corrections
1. When advancing an Additional Form, French users may have noticed that the Status and Details dropdowns were reverting to English after they were selected. This has been resolved, and French users will only see the Status and Details options in French within the Update Status window.
2. On the Review tab, the ellipses are no longer overlapping the text of the 'Sort by' dropdown when Auxita is viewed in French.

👽 API
API Updates for Patient Enrolment Statuses
Auxita now supports receiving patient enrolment status updates from integrated partners. Previously, the system only supported one-way API events, which pushed updates to our partners but did not allow partner-provided updates to automatically update the patient's progress. With this release, any status updated received from partners will automatically update the patient's Enrolment Card.
All updates will also create an entry in the Activity table, identical to manual updates, ensuring that HCPs always see the most accurate progress information.
