Auxita Release 5.3.5

Last updated: September 4th, 2025

🚀 What's new?

Activity Log Enhancements for HCP Notifications
We’ve added greater transparency to physician signature requests by logging fax and email notifications in the Activity table.

Whenever an Additional Form triggers a signature request to the HCP, users will now see clear entries showing:

  • Fax notification sent to the physician

  • Email notification sent to the physician

These entries on the Activity Table include the timestamp and the user who initiated the request, giving teams better visibility into communication timelines.

Improved Notification Status Tracking
We’ve made it easier to see when a notification to an HCP doesn’t successfully go through. If a fax or email fails to reach its destination, you’ll now see:

  • A red X icon

  • The status: HCP Fax/Email Notification Failed

This status will appear on the Additional Forms tile in the Patient Profile, the Status Table, and on your Home page.

If the status remains Awaiting Physician Signature, it means the fax or email was successfully sent from Auxita.

Need to resend?
If a notification fails, simply open the form and send a new notification by email or fax.

Request Patient Insurance at Any Time
We’ve added a new way to collect insurance information from patients - anytime. Previously, insurance collection was only possible through the enrolment workflow. With the addition of the *Request Patient Insurance button, users can now send a notification to the patient at any time to collect insurance details securely.

Settings Page Redesign
We’ve updated the Settings page interface to make it more compact, responsive, and efficient across all screen sizes. This redesign reduces unused white space and improves the overall user experience without changing existing functionality.

Required Stage Configuration for Additional Forms
To help ensure that a Form moves through all stages in the correct order, we’ve added a new Required Stage configuration in Additional Forms. Now, certain stages will be marked as required, meaning users won't be able to skip any necessary steps.

Auxita administrators configure the Required stages. They’ll appear for you, but you won’t be able to modify them.

🌟 Improvements

Program Patient ID Creation
We’ve simplified the Create Program Patient process by allowing the Program ID to be entered during the first step of patient creation. Previously, users had to navigate back to the patient’s profile to add this information. Now, both Program Patient Profile creation and Program ID assignment happen in one streamlined step, saving time and reducing duplicate work.

Streamlined Saving Process for Additional Forms
We’ve removed the redundant “Save & Close” button from Additional Forms to eliminate confusion and streamline the experience.

Now, when you select the status within the call-to-action buttons on the form, your changes are automatically saved and the form closes,  with no extra steps required. If you attempt to exit with unsaved edits, you’ll see a clear warning prompting you to save before leaving, ensuring you never lose important changes.

Sorting Options for Review & Summary Tabs
We’ve improved the Review and Summary tabs in the Overview section by introducing flexible sorting options. These changes give users greater control over how they manage requests and prioritize items. Only users with permissions to view the Review or Summary tab will observe the changes.

Standardized Table Columns
We’ve standardized the column order across Status Tables on the Programs Page, Overview Page, and Home Page. This update improves consistency, making it easier for users to navigate and compare information across different tables for different form types without confusion from varying layouts.

New Premium Feature Indicator: Digital Processing (Non-Auxita Enrolments)
On the Program Details page, users may now see a new premium feature listed: Digital Processing (Non-Auxita Enrolments).

This premium feature means the Patient Support Program (PSP) supports digitizing Enrolment Forms that were not created directly in Auxita.

For example, if a Health Care Provider chooses to complete an Enrolment Form in their EMR or by hand, and sends it manually to the PSP, the form can still be digitized and stored in Auxita, preserving the benefits of structured data, tracking, and centralized access.

🛠 Fixes

Preview button removed for Completed Additional Forms
When viewing completed Additional Forms in Auxita, most users will now only see the finalized PDF. Previously, the Preview button was still visible, even though it did not perform any action once the form was completed. This button has now been removed for a cleaner experience.
