Error when adding or removing attachments on Additional Forms
Some users experienced errors when adding or removing attachments on Additional Forms that were assigned to a user group instead of an individual user. This has now been resolved, and attachments can be managed as expected.

Error when updating status on completed Additional Forms
Users were encountering errors when attempting to update the status of completed Additional Forms. This issue has been resolved, and statuses on completed forms can now be updated without error.
