Ability for Delegates to Sign Additional Documents
Delegate users are now authorized to sign documents addressed to the prescriber(s) for whom they are substitute signees.
Delegates can sign additional documents in two ways: by selecting "Sign Document" from the options menu or by clicking directly on the document's file name. Once a form is opened, all required signature fields will be clearly highlighted in green. Delegates can select a highlighted field and provide their signature by drawing it directly within the field.
The system will automatically populate the delegate's information, and the signing reason will be recorded as "Signing as Delegated Authority."
Auto-populated Measurements are highlighted on new Forms
When a measurement is saved to the Health Overview section in Auxita it can be auto-populated onto new forms that are initiated for your patients. When a value is auto-populated it will be highlighted purple on the form to indicate to the user this value may need to be confirmed.
Radio buttons and checkboxes will not highlight purple, but will display text to indicate 'this value was defaulted from the patient's health overview'.

Automatic Cursor Placement in Patient Search Fields
When initiating a new form or appointment, the cursor will now automatically focus on the patient search bar, allowing users to begin typing immediately without additional clicks. This functionality applies only when the patient is unknown; forms launched directly from a patient’s profile are excluded.

'Attention' Field Requirement on Document Uploads
To ensure documents are sent to the correct physician, the 'attention' field is now mandatory for all documents requiring a signature. Users must complete this field before submission. For informational documents that do not require a signature, the 'Attention' field remains optional.
🛠 Fixes
Supply Quantity Entry Box Display Resolved
A bug affecting OD Portal users caused the Supply Quantity entry box to appear truncated. This issue has been fixed, and the entry box now displays correctly, ensuring a clear and seamless experience when completing Fulfillment Orders.
