Auxita Release 5.1
Last updated: September 11 2024
🚀 What's new?
Attaching and Sending Additional Documents with Enrolments
Say goodbye to extra steps and scattered communications. You can now attach all your supporting documentation directly to your enrolment form! This streamlined process ensures that your enrolment submissions are sent as a complete package, making it easier than ever to stay organized and efficient.
"Submit and Next"
Prescribers reviewing their Awaiting Signature items from their Home page will now see an option to move directly to the next item in the list. You no longer need to return to the Home page and click ‘Sign Form’ again, saving you valuable time.
Store your Patient's Preferred Pharmacy in Auxita
There is a new section in the Patient's Profile for Preferred Pharmacy. Search from a list of saved Pharmacies for your Facility, or add a new Pharmacy if you can’t find the right option in the list. You can store a single preferred Pharmacy for your patient here. Any preferred Pharmacies added to Auxita are stored in an Address Book that is unique to your Facility for use on any Patient's Profile.
You can choose to manually manage this Pharmacy Address Book entirely within Auxita, or start with an import from your EMR. Auxita supports CSV imports of Pharmacy details so you don't need to start from scratch.
Facility Admins will have the ability to manage the Address book and edit or delete entries, when necessary.
Opt into the same Enrolment Form in multiple Referral Workflows
Users can now opt into sending the same Enrolment form for multiple Specialty Pharmacies when working with multiple Referral Workflows in Auxita. Upon initiating a new Enrolment, users will be prompted to select the desired destination. Additionally, prescribers have the option to bypass the Specialty Pharmacy and submit the form directly to the PSP if required.
Upload a Prior Authorization that was not completed in Auxita
If capturing a digital signature on a Prior Authorization isn't possible, Auxita's new feature will allow users to download the partially completed form, obtain a physical signature from either the Patient, Prescriber or both, and then re-upload the completed form to the patient’s profile. The Prior Authorization will then be ready for submission to the payer.
🌟 Improvements
Summary Notifications Frequency
Users are now able to choose to receive their summary notifications weekly instead of daily! Access your Settings and in the Notification Preferences tile you can change the Notification Frequency.
Choose the day of the week that works best for your schedule and stop getting daily reminders from Auxita for any outstanding items.
Outbound URLs to Public Payer Systems
Public Insurance cards will now have links to quickly access the relevant Public Payer Portal or various informational resource websites exactly when you need to most!
Sync Form Updates to Patient Profile
When a patient's Healthcard number or email address is updated within a Form, these changes will now automatically sync and reflect in the patient's demographic details on their profile. This ensures that the most current information is always available across all relevant sections of the Auxita, reducing manual updates and minimizing discrepancies.
🛠 Fixes
Error when capturing patient consent
A bug was found when a user attempted to collect a patient's consent on an Enrolment form that was initiated via Bulk Import. This error has since been resolved and users will be able to collect patient consent on all Enrolment forms as expected.
Add Public Insurer when Creating New Patients
With the addition of Public Insurers to Auxita, it was not immediately possible to include a Public Insurance Provider when creating a new patient record. Users will now have the ability to indicate a patient's Public or Private Insurance details when creating new patient profiles.
Warning message when signatures are cleared
We've updated the warning message for forms with signatures that cannot be retained. Now, when you save such a form, you'll see a clear notification: the form is being saved, but all signatures will be cleared. Remember, certain signatures, like the Prescriber's consent, can only be saved when the form is fully submitted.
