One-Time-Use Codes
We have introduced one-time use codes for program teams, allowing PSPs to digitally complete Prior Authorizations and send them to physicians who are not yet Auxita subscribers for digital signature capture. This enables program teams to stay within the Auxita/CRM ecosystem while benefiting from structured data, ultimately saving time and reducing manual entry.

 

 

🌟 Improvements

Detailed Insurance Updates in Activity Table & API Sharing
Enhancements have been made to the Activity Table for patient insurance information changes. This update focuses on providing more detailed descriptions and ensuring that these updates are also accessible for API-integrated partners. The Activity Table on a Patient's Program Overview will now list the specific name of the Plan Payer when insurance details are added, updated, or deleted.

Insurance Plan Payers are now 'Read-Only'
After adding a Public or Private Insurance plan to a Patient's Profile, the Plan Payer field will no longer be editable. You can still modify the details, like sponsor, plan number and certificate. If there is a change to the Patient's Insurance Provider, you will need to remove the Insurance Plan entirely and add a new one. This ensures proper tracking of Insurance Provider updates in Auxita. 

 

🛠 Fixes

Submit dPA forms even when the Insurer information is not in the Patient's profile
Previously users were not able to submit a Prior Authorization form if the patient did not have the corresponding insurance plan information in their profile. Now, users will still be promoted with a warning message when this occurs, however they will still be able to proceed and submit the form to the appropriate recipient.

👽 API

New API Event for Public Insurance
A new API event, 'patient-public-payer' is now available. If a Public Insurer is Added, Deleted or Updated this will trigger the 'patient-public-payer' API event. This API event also allows partners to track what was changed for the Pubnlic Insurer with details for "Previous Insurances".
