Last updated: May 15th, 2024
π What's new?
Enhanced Patient Tracking with Stages
Now, after successfully submitting an Enrolment form to the PSP, users gain the ability to manually track various statuses for the patient across the different stages of their therapy treatment.
Newly Added Stages:
-
Contact Patient: Track interactions with the patient to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
-
Reimbursement Decision: Monitor the progress of reimbursement decisions to streamline administrative processes.
-
Rx Sent to Pharmacy: Keep tabs on the status of prescriptions sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
-
1st Infusions / Injection Scheduled: Manage scheduling for the patient's initial infusions or injections for therapy commencement.
-
Drug Therapy: Monitor the progression of the patient's drug therapy.
Adding details to each stage is made simple with the "Add Status" button, enabling users to input the necessary information for effective tracking and management.
Note: Some premium programs have a different display for a patient's Treatment Journey.
π Improvements
Identify Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Private Insurance Provider(s) for Patients
When adding a new Private Insurer for a patient, users will now see a dropdown to select if this is the Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary Insurance Provider. Once saved, the selected option is displayed at the top of the Insurance Card.
Option to Record Public Insurance in addition to Private Insurance
Users now have the option to record that a patient has Public Insurance in addition to Private insurance for Reimbursement. You will see two buttons for Set Public Insurer and Add Insurance Plan.
"Set Public Insurer" allows you to add a single Public Insurance Provider from the list of Plan Payers. If applicable, there is a space to add further details to the Benefit Type.
"Add Insurance Plan" still allows you to add up to 3 Private Insurance Providers for the patient.
Patients also have the option to provide their Public Insurance details when they receive the email requesting their consent and/or insurance information.
Indicate the Patient has No Insurance
Users now have the option to indicate that a patient does not have any public or private insurance. If you are unsure if a patient has insurance or not, you can still leave the cards blank.
Additionally, when a patient receives an email requesting their consent and/or insurance details, selecting the option indicating they do not have any insurance for either Public or Private, automatically checks this box in their Auxita profile.
π Fixes
Adding supplies to Auxita OD Portal - Issue Resolved
Pharmacy Admin users who use the OD Portal in Auxita were unable to add supplies. This issue has been resolved and users will now be able to see the Product Code and Description as expected.
